FREE US SHIPPING ON ALL COFFEE AND TEA ORDERS

All orders in the United State of America are shipped free of charge for coffee and tea purchases. We cover the cost of shipping our amazing freshly roasted coffee and tea directly to you at no extra charge.

Please note that merchandise orders such as shirts, hats and mugs will have the lowest possible shipping rate applied.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping rates are determined using the USPS's cheapest rate. You can go to their website and get a calculation athttps://postcalc.usps.com/

Select "Calculate the price based on Shape and Size" and use 2 lbs for the weight and use the zip code 60462 for where you are mailing from.

After that, you will see all the different rates. We use the least expensive which is usually "First-Class Package International".


International shipping is available. Please be sure you are using the calculated shipping rate in Shopify as we charge you based on the same calculation.


Be aware, international shipping is expensive, represents 1.4% of total business and 18% of total shipping issues.

Most international orders ship best via USPS 1st class International.


International orders cannot be guaranteed to be delivered and are not refundable in any way.

Our roasting partners will roast in frequent small batches to ensure your coffee is at peak quality when it ships. Our roasting schedule is guided by customer demand, not warehouse inventory—so your coffee isn’t sitting around waiting to be sold. We’ve built our roasting and fulfillment process to prioritize freshness, responsiveness, and quality. Orders are often packed and shipped the same day they’re roasted, helping us minimize storage time and deliver coffee that’s full of flavor and character.

Because of this, the coffee orders will take 1-5 business days before our roasters are ready to ship them. Once shipped, it can take an additional 1-5 business days depending on the customer location via standard ground shipping by USPS. All orders come with tracking information that we update your order with, which will trigger an automatic notification from Artisan Bean to the customer.
